Pax
Peace – Pax – echoing the motto of the Benedictine monks, like the benevolent and protective river that the mountain generously offers to its winemakers.
It is this serenity of the elements and of these deeply rooted hearts, like our mountains and the vines, some nearly a century old, that dot them, that we wished to instill in our Pax Caritatis wines.
The old vines on our rocky slopes with their deep clay soils, the grapes ripening slowly under the generous Provençal sun, and patient aging are the three strings of this symphony.

Cuvée produced from our sunny hillsides with old vines and deep clay soils.
"Nacré de Noir" is an oxymoron: born of Black Grenache grapes vinified as a white wine, it embodies the vibrant paradox of an extreme terroir that draws light forth from darkness.
