"Nacré de Noir" is an oxymoron: born of Black Grenache grapes vinified as a white wine, it embodies the vibrant paradox of an extreme terroir that draws light forth from darkness.

Its slightly pearlescent hue preserves the essence of the grapes from which it originates. Here, Grenache Noir reveals its most intimate side: a tannic structure that gives rise to a joyful vibrancy, where the fruit is sensed as a delicate undertone without ever fully revealing itself. It is this extra touch of soul that gives the white wine its unique personality.
