Luminous pale gold color.
The nose is initially restrained, gradually opening up to reveal subtle aromas of white flowers, verbena, apricot, pear, and white truffle.
Full-bodied on the palate, with a richness tempered by a delicate bitterness. It combines vegetal notes with fresh almond. Persistent finish.

Through these wines, the monks sought to achieve perfection with minimal means—much like Gregorian chant, a pure harmony that stands on its own without instrumental accompaniment. Abbayes wines are a pure expression of fruit, featuring a single terroir and a single grape variety.
